Jil is an analyst in project management and corporate development. After completing her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, she is now deepening her knowledge in a Master's degree program in Management. In the past, she has already familiarized herself with various project processes and was able to simplify team processes through her teamwork. With her experience in project management and support, she has already been able to implement successful projects and contribute to a better organizational process. She independently managed social media channels and ensured successful brand development. She is a team player, responsible and structured. Her ability to put theoretical concepts into practice makes her a valuable member of our R3AL team.
