R3AL Management GmbH would like to offer you the opportunity to join the company, which was founded in 2021, as a Project Manager Commercial Property Management on a full-time or part-time basis.
Your project business tasks
• Independent support and management of complex commercial, logistics and residential properties in accordance with the client's objectives (incl. letting support)
• Creation and maintenance of rental master data, monitoring of rental agreements and processing of receivables management
• First point of contact for owners, tenants and service providers as well as external / internal interfaces (such as accounting and asset management)
• Management and monitoring of external service providers, including property inspections
• Preparatory rent accounting, invoice verification and control, account assignment
• Preparation of monthly reports and budgets according to customer specifications
• Preparation and creation of the service charge statement
Your qualifications
• You have successfully completed a university degree, ideally with a focus on property management, or a comparable qualification (e.g. property economist, property specialist, commercial training)
• You have several years of professional experience in property management
• You have good application knowledge of administration systems such as Yardi Voyager 7s | REALAX | SAP FX or similar
• Ideally, you will have accounting experience and knowledge of operating cost law
• You are confident in using MS Office applications and have a good command of German and English
• You are keen to think outside the box and are open to new ideas
