R3AL Management GmbH would like to give you the opportunity to join the company, which was founded in 2021, as a Project Manager Service Charge Accounting on a full-time or part-time basis.
Your tasks
• Independent preparation of operating and heating cost statements for our clients' complex residential and commercial properties
• Recording and checking rental agreement regulations and the allocability of individual items in close coordination with property management
• Responsibility for allocating costs appropriately and in line with their origin
• Processing and responding to enquiries about operating and heating cost statements and incoming objections
• Preparation of heating cost and user data for the metering service companies
• Preparation of vendor and key date statements in the event of a change of owner or manager
• Realisation of the above-mentioned tasks, generally as part of the project business (i.e. for third parties)
• Support for customer projects (establishment of metering concepts, cost optimisation, sustainable property management, energy management)
Your qualifications
• You have completed training as a property management assistant or a comparable commercial qualification
• You have accounting experience and knowledge of operating cost law
• Ideally, you have good application knowledge of administration systems; knowledge of the Yardi Voyager 7s system is desirable
• You have several years of professional experience in the property sector
• You are confident in using MS Office (especially Excel) applications and have a good command of German and English
• You are keen to think outside the box and are open to new ideas
